Wedding Catering from deWintons - A London Wedding

deWintons boss - Jacqueline Cottrell’s - own wedding which took place in the Autumn in the heart of London.

180 guests were greeted by a colour scheme of flamboyant, cerise pink in the classic setting of Banqueting House, Whitehall. They were entertained to an array of canapés and champagne, followed by a spectacular three course dinner of Potted Shrimps, Slow Cooked Pork Belly with Bubble and Squeak and a choice of three fabulous puddings. “As a bride yourself you suddenly realise how hard it is to choose just one pudding so I had three!”

deWintons chefs created a decadent five tier wedding cake which included chocolate, madeira and traditional fruit cake. The cake was beautifully finished with some delicate piping & bright pink orchids, just perfect for the special day.
