A Summer party
A lavish summer party set in a stately home. Guests
sipped Grapefruit Martinis on the lawn before being enticed indoors with
an array of seasonal bowl food including sea bass on fennel salad and mango
and coconut trifle.
This arrangement allowed guests to circulate freely around the magnificent rooms,
chatting and eating, without having to stay seated at a formal dinner.
