Case Study: "A Summer's Night on Sloane Street with Maria Grachvogel"
Venue: Maria Grachvogel Flagship Store, Sloane Street, London.
Our Brief: To provide Exquisite Canapés, Champagne & an impeccable service for a high profile evening, for
Smith and Williamson's top female clients.
Concept: Menu designer and company owner Jacqueline Thomas explains that creating stylish yet delicate canapés,
to reflect the chic and glamorous designs in Maria Grachvogel's collection, was the key ingredient when designing
the exclusive menu and presentation for the evening.
Canapés: Fabulous examples from the bespoke menu include Rilettes of Shrimp and Smoked Mackerel with Rocket on
Crisp Melba Toasts, alongside Confit of Duck with Hoi Sin Sauce on a Potato Rosti. Other tempting treats include
Red Onion Tart Tatin followed by Mini Caramelised Tart au Citron, topped with a Deep Fried Mint Leaf.

Case Study: "101 St Martin’s Lane Commercial Building Launch"
Our Brief: To bring together Covent Garden’s diverse and rich mix of cuisine
and famous street entertainers indulging guests’ taste and sight in an evening celebration to mark the opening
of this prestigious building
Concept: Guests were greeted by a carnival of street entertainers, from stilt
walkers and live stone statues to street magicians and Brazilian Capawara dancers. Bespoke cocktails and an array
of themed food stalls filled the launch floor with exotic colours and an atmospheric buzz.
Food: A sizzling deWintons BBQ station set up on the terrace, tempted guests
with deWintons deluxe beef burgers, melting cheese and spicy BBQ relish amongst other chargrilled treats. Whilst
the interactive Thai Style stall tantalized guests with deWintons special recipe Chow Mien noodles cooked to order
by one of our talented chef’s. A popular stall offered the best of British, celebrating the nation’s favourite dish
of fish and chips, bangers and mash and miniature Shepherd’s pies.
